Terms and Conditions

 This page contains the terms and conditions.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from Creative Trinkets or www.creativetrinkets.com.  You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

WELCOME TO CREATIVE TRINKETS
Making custom handmade items to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order. All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours.
 

PAYMENT
CREATIVE TRINKETS accepts PayPal, Square and Interact e-transfers as forms of payment.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account.  Payment is due at time of custom order. 
 

LEAD TIME
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity.  You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.
 

SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through Canada Post and can take between 2-9 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order.  Ask for an estimate during the checkout process.  Alternatively, free pick-up in the Fergus/Elora area can be arranged for local customers.
 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders.  If any issues arise, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make you happy! If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out.  If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.  
 

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
